“Allocated Expenses” shall mean reasonable expenses incurred by the Insured in handling insurance losses covered under this Agreement. Costs of loss surveys, experts’ reports and legal proceedings are included (provided the Insurer's prior consent has been obtained), but not costs related to declaratory judgements. Salaries of employees and management expenses of the Insured are not Allocated Expenses.
