to rate the movies you've seen, all you have to do it register for an account on imdb using a real email address. you can keep track of these votes in your "my movies" section.

if you mean that you want your vote to actually count toward the top 250 list, then it becomes more complicated. imdb states that only ratings from "regular voters" count toward the top list, but they don't define what a "regular voter" is (soktuklarım tanımlamaz tabi). they withhold this information to discourage user manipulation of the regular voter qualification.(burdaki manipülatörler biz oluyoruz amk)

i personally think that this is a good idea. there have been many instances of "ballot stuffing" by fans of the top movies, such as the lord of the rings and the dark knight (the ratings for these movies dropped a little after the intial boost, due to the general public also having their say after the die-hard fans who probably voted sooner).(biz kemal sunalcıyız aga)
