    very manageable recoil... i get a lot of longshots with m4
    very similar to the acr in character

    tar-21:
    30-40 damage
    750rpm

    recoil is obnoxious at long ranges, but up close it has very nice hipfire
    theoretically the best midrange gun in the game, gets beat at shortrange by the mp5k and shotguns, (outshoots the ump at close range)

    sooooo use the tar on small/midsize maps, but the m4 would be better for the larger maps due to the imo superior accuracy.
