dear sir/madam,

this is a message , asking uefa and fifa to act immediately and sharply against racism.

i am a devoted football fan from turkey. i support begibtas , a long established- longest in fact- great football and sport club that we , all the fans, are proud of its history and merits which one of them to stand up against racism of any kind.

this is a message to wake the governing bodies of football up to be able to see what is going on with one of the minor clubs called bursaspor and its core hooligan supporter group.

please bear in mind that, vice president of turkish fa is also the ex president of buraspor so they have a very powerful lobby in turkish fa. this is the reason that the following events to be written in this message are never punished and i am afraid will never be.
this supporter group, so called texas, is a highly dangerous and racist happening. any away game they attend, will be likely involved some sort of brawl. there is not much venues that they are welcome and almost any other club supporters are always in conflict with texas , just to defend themselves from texas` attacks.

but what i am trying to explain is not about the fights, brawls or hooliganism. that is the problem of turkish police and local authorities which can be solved with a little bit of courage.

the real problem is bursaspor`s texas fans are causing racist problems with their racist chants which can lead to much more serious social events.

last season, they have attended a football match in bursa against a team called diyarbakirspor which belong to a city called diyarbakir that is located in the south-east of turkey and mainly made by kurdish –turkish people. in this particular match texas members called diyarbakirspor fans pkk members. this is a highly dangerous term means the members of a kurdish terrorist group. the chant caused very big reactions all over turkey but turkish fa did nothing. in the reverse fixture, with the memories of first game, diyarbakirspor fans tried to lynch texas members and the match had to be abandoned, and again bursaspor awarded with a 3 pts despite they were the only reason that turkey came very close to very serious social conflicts between turkish and kurdish people.

this was not the first or the last in that respect. same group of thugs called trabzon supporters pontus and karsiyaka supporters rum which means greek and caused lots of trouble.

and finally last sunday , there was a game between begibtas and bursaspor at inonu stadium in istanbul. fully loaded with alcohol and drugs, bursa supporters attacked begibtas fans before the game and caused big fights again.
but more important, during the game, they altogether chanted some very disturbing terms against armenian-turkish citizens who live in turkey as our brothers and sisters for centuries. the reason behind these chants were , one of begibtas fan groups leader is an armenian-turkish. once again we were very close to disaster, only thanks to begibtas fans coolness, nothing regrettable happened.

now, i know, turkish fa will not do anything about this. but racism is getting more and more serious day by day because of these tugs.
its time for you to act. its time to show that fifa or uefa is not just about the slogans. make us believe that you are prepared to go all the way against racism like your slogans say.
