first of all, with an outlooking to the poem, anaphoras and the rhyme scheme attracts our attention. all the lines begin with same word and ends with same sound " r ". we can also notice some alliteration especially the repetition of the " t " sound. in my opinion this repetition and the choice of repeating the " t " sound is a result of the fact that the country Turkey begins with that letter.
the poem is written to praise a fascist group in turkey who are stupid enough to be fascists in such a small and undeveloped country, turkey. the speaker is also one of them so we can easily state that the speaker is at least as fool as the poet.
with another outlook to the poem i have realised that there's a crescendo in terms of the length of the lines. it looks like the " c " letter but the below half of it. when we multiply it to upwards it makes a " c " letter which is itself being the %33 of cCc.
finally, i want to attract attention to the sound and sense devices ( there's not a sense device actually, because those fools make no sense to anyone ). when it comes to the content of the poem, i think writing even a letter for that stupid poem is a waste of time and space. so go fuck yourself.
