    From what you told me it appears that the technician may have used the wrong setting of the laser on your legs. Treatment of choice for your condition is a topical cortisone cream like the prescription Clobex Lotion. I would call the doctor and complain in a nice way and ask if the right setting was used and for a prescription cortisone cream. If this laser causes this much pain, you should have been told what to expect. In time your skin should heal but it will take a few weeks. Under no circumstances do you get another laser treatment until your skin heals and you find out if the energy from the laser should have been reduced for your legs.
