The below is the FAQ about the "Black Screen" or "No login information is available" error.

Q: "Black Screen" or "No login information is available" error message is displayed.
A: This error occurs when the User Agreement was interrupted or if the ‘Karma.exe’ file was executed within the game folder. To avoid this error, run the game by clicking on the direct link icon on your Desktop or by doing the User Agreement process again if it is interrupted like closing windows during the process or etc. To re-proceed User Agreement to fix mentioned problems, please click here.
