    @34 guzel kardesim. ben demiyorum ki bunu. olsa dukkan senin. al bir kac tavsiye:

    1. always be in a crowded area, like with your family
    2. always deny lustful thoughts, pictures, videos, talks and etc.
    3. always have a ice cold glass of water in the fridge, when the temptation comes alone, just drink it.
    4. do not take warm/hot showers. i'm not sure, but taking a cool shower may help.
    5. do not lay on your stomack.
    6. always have something to do, always keep your self busy.
    7. always think of how the excitment will be for a few seconds and the guilt will be with you for the rest of the day/week/month/year/life.
    8. see if you can stop or at least reduce eating these (bananas, chocolate, meat, vegetables), but instead eat chicken.
    9. do not sleep in the middle of the day.
    10. do fast as much as you can.
