    @101 sure, you have to know correct grammer rules for exams and advanced relations otherwise probably you can be up against diffucult situations. but in business world i mean that international companies working on turkey, deparment of human resources not so much care little tiny details about grammer. so do not push yourself so much to learn like this things.
