In this study, the GSM sector in Turkey has been dealt with first. Sector, the volume of investments in assets and employment, operators and their properties are described. After explaining this aspect of the industry, individuals who wish to profit from this market through illegal means, methods are applied. In addition, the GSM sector initiatives, and fraud involving the current laws, regulations and industry are gaps in the legal field. Alternative channels is one of the operators occurring in sales channels focused on how to prevent fraud attempts. However, customer information and document security issues are discussed.
