Last night I was downtown and saw you everywhere. One girl had your shoulder, another your hair, another a musical laugh so much like yours that it startled me. I brought home a magazine to read, but it was full of pictures of you.
Have I told you recently how beautiful you are? Have I mentioned your gentle disposition, your great intelligence, your breath-taking figure? I must remember to tell you about them.
It’s lonely without you, and I am a little glad that you miss me. I have counted the days and now I am counting the hours until we meet. One by one they pass, bringing us closer together..
